wear seat restraints
- Fasten your seatbelt before driving.
- Restrain pets.
- Ensure passengers wear seatbelts.
- Use the sleeper berth restraints.
drive defensively
- Slow down and be attentive.
- Yield the right of way.
- Obey all traffic signs and laws.
- Do not tailgate.
Avoid dISTRACTED DRIVING
- Stow mobile devices before driving.
- Silent devices.
- Have calls go to voicemail.
- Pull over to return calls and messages.
